Since our last update, I've put my Boulder Craft project on hold (at least until next year) and completed another project instead. The other project is a game I've remade many times before, and the one I usually make around Christmas...
For the first time in a long while, I did a bit of game dev working on Boulder Craft Pico-8. The big issue is the speed the game runs at. I'm having a lot of fun with the Pico-8 at the moment, and there are so many projects I want to do for the Pico-8. Jetpac is another one of them.
I had the idea to recycled the code from my unsuccessful Dungeon Penetrator project and recreate Bouldercraft in Pico-8. The results so far are very cool.
